AdNexa reserves the right to approve or reject any advertiser account or campaign at its sole discretion.
2 Advertiser Responsibilities
Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that all advertisements are truthful, accurate, and not misleading; maintaining sufficient account balance for campaign delivery; complying with applicable advertising, consumer protection, privacy, and intellectual property laws; ensuring landing pages function properly; and monitoring campaign performance.
Advertisers are solely responsible for the content, legality, and accuracy of their advertisements.
3 Campaign Approval
All advertising campaigns are subject to review before or after launch. AdNexa reserves the right to approve or reject campaigns, request modifications, pause or suspend campaigns that violate our policies, and remove advertisements at any time.
Campaign approval does not constitute an endorsement of the advertiser or guarantee continued approval.
4 Campaign Delivery
While AdNexa strives to provide reliable advertising services, we do not guarantee a specific number of impressions or clicks, conversion rates, ROI, campaign profitability, continuous inventory availability, or delivery within a specific timeframe unless expressly agreed in writing.
Campaign performance may vary based on targeting, competition, budget, creative quality, traffic availability, user behavior, and other factors beyond our reasonable control.
5 Billing and Payments
Advertisers are responsible for funding their accounts before campaign delivery unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise. Advertising costs are deducted based on the applicable pricing model (CPM, CPC, CPA, or other models offered by AdNexa).
6 Campaign Monitoring & Fraud Prevention
Advertisers are encouraged to monitor campaign performance regularly. AdNexa provides reporting tools; however, temporary delays or statistical discrepancies may occur due to processing, fraud detection, or system maintenance.
If invalid traffic or fraudulent activity is detected, AdNexa may exclude invalid traffic from billing, pause campaigns pending investigation, adjust reporting statistics, or suspend affected accounts.
7 Advertiser Conduct
Advertisers must not submit misleading or deceptive advertisements, attempt to bypass AdNexa's review process, promote prohibited or illegal products, interfere with platform operation or security, use automated methods to manipulate campaign performance, or engage in fraudulent or abusive activities.
8 Intellectual Property
Advertisers must own or possess all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for the advertisements, trademarks, logos, images, videos, and other materials used in their campaigns, and agree to indemnify AdNexa against related third-party infringement claims.
9 Suspension, Policy Updates & Acceptance
AdNexa may suspend or terminate advertiser accounts or campaigns for violations of these policies, fraudulent or unlawful activity, non-payment, or false information. This Advertiser Policy may be updated from time to time, effective upon publication.
By registering as an advertiser or using AdNexa's advertising services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Advertiser Policy.
Payment Policy
Governs all financial transactions conducted through AdNexa, including advertiser deposits, campaign billing, and publisher payments.
1 Accepted Payment Methods
AdNexa may accept credit and debit cards, bank transfers, digital wallets, cryptocurrency (where supported), and other payment methods made available through the platform. Available methods may vary by country, region, or account type.
2 Advertiser Deposits & Campaign Billing
Advertisers are generally required to maintain a sufficient prepaid account balance before campaigns can begin. Charges are calculated according to the pricing model selected for each campaign (CPC, CPM, CPA, or other models). Campaign statistics may be subject to validation and fraud detection before becoming final.
3 Publisher Payments & Schedule
Publisher earnings become eligible for payment only after meeting the minimum payment threshold, successful traffic validation, completion of required account verification, and compliance with all AdNexa policies.
Payment dates may vary due to banking holidays, provider processing times, security reviews, fraud investigations, or regulatory requirements.
4 Payment Verification & Holds
AdNexa may request identity, address, business, or tax verification before processing payments. Payments may be temporarily delayed, withheld, or suspended where fraud is suspected, security concerns arise, or required verification is incomplete.
Failure to complete verification may result in delayed or withheld payments.
5 Invalid Earnings
Publisher earnings generated through invalid traffic, automated traffic, bot activity, click/impression fraud, artificial engagement, or any other prohibited activity are not eligible for payment and may be adjusted or reversed following a compliance review.
6 Taxes & Currency
Users are solely responsible for determining and complying with their own tax obligations. Payments may be processed in one or more supported currencies; where conversion is required, exchange rates and processing fees determined by payment providers may apply.
7 Payment Disputes
Users who believe a payment or charge is incorrect should contact AdNexa Support promptly with relevant transaction details. Initiating a payment dispute does not automatically suspend campaign charges or create an entitlement to a refund.
8 Policy Updates & Acceptance
This Payment Policy may be updated periodically, effective upon publication on the AdNexa website. By making payments, receiving publisher earnings, or otherwise using AdNexa's financial services, you acknowledge that you agree to comply with this Payment Policy.

For security reasons, AdNexa does not disclose the specific methods or criteria used to detect invalid traffic.

The action taken will depend on the nature, severity, and frequency of the activity.
4 Publisher & Advertiser Responsibilities
Publishers are responsible for ensuring that all traffic sent to AdNexa advertisements is legitimate and must not knowingly participate in or benefit from invalid traffic. Advertisers must not attempt to manipulate campaign performance through fraudulent methods.
5 Reporting, No Guarantee & Acceptance
Users who suspect fraudulent activity are encouraged to notify AdNexa Support. While AdNexa employs reasonable measures to detect invalid traffic, no detection system can identify every instance of fraud.

If prohibited content is identified, AdNexa may reject or remove advertisements, suspend campaigns, disable monetization, withhold payments, or suspend/terminate accounts — without prior notice where appropriate.

Users must not upload or advertise any content that infringes the copyrights or other IP rights of any individual or organization.
2 Reporting & Review Process
